Delivery Policy


Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that customers are satisfied every time they purchase an item from Led4Lights. We deliver purchased products as soon as possible within our indicated time. Some delays may not be avoided due to unforeseen reasons that are out of our control.


Orders placed on business days Monday – Friday before 12:00pm (midday) will be despatched on the same day. Busy periods like Christmas, the item may take longer to despatch (maximum of 72 hours) due to the long queue of orders.


For goods that weigh less than 5kg, we deliver it via Uk Mail or Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

If it’s a large box but weighs below 5kg, it goes with Uk Mail

If it weighs over 5kg, we use UK Mail.

Once the parcel is despatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number details. Keep in mind that the Tracking Details will only be valid the night of the despatch (around 7pm), as they’re not yet scanned until the parcel gets to Uk Mail or Royal Mail’s Delivery Hub.


We recommend that you inspect the product(s) once you receive it for any defect or damage. If the item delivered by the courier appears damaged, you must sign it as such or refuse the item and send it back to sender. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.


Go to your Account and inform us immediately, using the internal messaging system that links to the specific order, for any defective or damaged product that you receive from us and we’ll resolve the matter as soon as possible. All damages must be reported to us within three days of receipt.




Customers can take advantage of our Free UK Express Delivery on all Mainland UK orders that exceed £99 at checkout. This special delivery option, however, excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.




We take full responsibility of the delivered item until it reaches your indicated address at checkout. In case you receive a tracking number but the parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 days, inform us immediately and we’ll investigate on the matter right away. Once the investigation process is done, and if we found it appropriate, we’ll send you a replacement.


If an item is lost in transit, replacement may or may not be despatched depending on the final results of our investigation. This may include waiting for undelivered mail to be returned to us, which may take up to 30-45 days.




The countries that we are serving as of now include: United Kingdom, USA, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, South Africa, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.


Delivery times and charges vary according to the destination and weight of the package, which will be automatically calculated at checkout before you make the payment.


Delivery charges for each country will be calculated by weight and size of each parcel sent, also separate insurance will be calculated. The cost of service will be sent to the customer by email for confirmation and agreement before order is approved.
