2.1. Led4Lights reserves the rights to change or update these terms and conditions at any time we deem appropriate. As a consumer, it’s your responsibility to read the terms and conditions carefully every time you use our online store, and your continued use of our website signifies your agreement to be bound by our present terms and conditions.


2.2. Buyers can order products displayed on our website using the shopping basket and pay for goods with a credit/debit card or PayPal.


2.3. All product orders must be despatched to the card holder’s delivery address.




3.1. All orders from our online store will be subject to agreement of our terms and conditions.


3.2. The confirmation step you take sets out the order’s final details. We’ll send to you afterwards an email that acknowledges your order and details about the product you’ve purchased. Keep in mind that the email isn’t an order acceptance from us.


3.3. Any order you make represents an offer to buy a product from our online store. We’re not obliged to supply the goods until we’ve confirmed acceptance of your order.


3.4. A product that is out of stock at the time of your order will be considered as a backorder. Backordered products will be delivered when they’re available. When a product is no longer available, the order will be cancelled and if appropriate a refund will be issued.


3.5. Order acceptance and completion of contract between you and Led4Lights will take place upon despatch of the ordered goods, unless you’ve cancelled the order or we notify you that we don’t accept your order.


3.6. Any goods on the same order that we haven’t confirmed in a despatch confirmation email don’t form part of the contract.


3.7. By submitting the order, you’re allowing us to use your personal information for the purposes of supplying the goods, which also include providing your details to the couriers.


3.8. Any personal information you provide to us will not be used without your consent. You may send us a request to remove your personal details from our system through the contact information provided above.


3.9. Led4Lights makes sure that all prices indicated on our website are accurate, but sometimes errors may occur. If that happens, we’ll inform you immediately and you can either reconfirm the order or cancel it. If we can’t contact you, we will consider the order as cancelled. When the order is cancelled and you’ve already paid for the goods, you’ll receive a full refund.


3.10. For products with a future date for release, the item price may be subject to change between order time and the date of the despatch. If there’s a rise in the price of products you’ve ordered, we’ll inform you immediately and you can either reconfirm the order at the revised price or cancel it.


If we can’t contact you, we will consider the order as cancelled. When the order is cancelled and you’ve already paid for the goods, you’ll receive a full refund. If the product price is lower on the date of release, the order will automatically be adjusted to the current lower price.


3.11. Title to any goods ordered from us shall pass to the buyer on delivery of the goods, provided that we’ve processed and received the payment in full.


3.12. If you discover that you made a mistake with the order, please contact us via My Account immediately.




4.1. Shoppers can pay via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Debit Cards, and Diners using our shopping basket. To ensure secure online shopping, all credit/debit information will be encrypted and secured properly. Led4Lights does not store any credit card information on its server. The information is only used to authorise the transaction.

6.1. We do our best to deliver the goods to you within an indicated time. However, we can’t provide an exact delivery time. Delays may happen sometimes due to unforeseen factors beyond our control. Led4Lights shall be under no obligation for any failure or delay to deliver the goods within estimated timescales.


6.2. Express delivery to mainland UK locations is usually done next day, but isn’t guaranteed though. We request customers from mainland UK who choose this service to place an order before 12:00pm (midday).


6.3. Our Free Express Delivery offer will only apply to orders despatched in their entirety. If an order is for several items and one or more of them are unavailable for the moment resulting to a despatched order value under £99, the goods will be delivered using a Free Standard Service.


6.4. As a rule, international orders are delivered using an insured and tractable carrier service.


6.5. Customers should inspect the goods once they receive them for any damage or defects. Any goods delivered by a courier that appears to be damaged must be signed for as “damaged goods” or must be refused or returned to sender.


6.6. If you find the delivered product to be damaged or defective, please inform us immediately to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.


6.7. Any damaged goods in transit must be returned to Led4Lights, if a refund or a replacement is to be issued. (Please see Returns.)


6.8. Non-delivery of goods must be reported to us within 7 working days of the despatch date. Order despatch is confirmed by an email which indicates the date of despatch.


6.9. If the product is lost in transit, Led4Lights may not despatch a replacement right away. Replacement or Resent items will be despatched at our discretion once all tracking and investigative measures have been exhausted, or this may also be subject to availability. This may also mean waiting up to 30 to 40 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, which also depends on the delivery location.




7.1. As consumer, you’ve the right to cancel the contract order and get a refund.


7.2 Customers must inform us in writing of their desire to cancel the contract within 7 working days starting on the day after the goods are delivered to them.


7.3. Return the goods to us at your own cost, or you may request to arrange collection which will be chargeable. Please make sure that the goods are wrapped properly and insured before returning them to us.


7.4. Led4Lights shall refund you the total amount you paid for the products, minus the costs incurred for collection.


7.5. Please keep in mind that once you’ve notified us to cancel the contract there’s a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in the same new condition it was delivered.




8.1. Led4Lights vouchers may be redeemed as part or full-payment for any goods offered for sale by us.


8.2. Our vouchers contain a unique code so they can only be used in our online store.


8.3. Multiple gift vouchers may be redeemed against a single purchase.


8.4. The amount total on goods must be equal to the voucher total. No change will be given.


8.5. Gift vouchers can’t be redeemed against delivery or postage costs.


8.6. Gift vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash.

9.1. All rights in designs and information found on our website are owned by us. They’re legally protected by copyright, trademarks, data protection and other intellectual property rights. You may view, print or copy portions of our website contents for the sole purpose of purchasing products from us. The contents on our website shouldn’t be used for any other purpose.


9.2. We’ll use the information that you provide us and records of items you purchase to keep track and continually improve our customer service and for marketing purposes that are in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


9.3. All customer transaction details at Led4Lights will always remain confidential, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


9.4. Email address can be added to our mailing list, so that from time to time Led4Lights can get in touch with you about special offers that we deem valuable to you. Kindly inform us when you make an order if you want to be included in our mailing list.
